  Just a great place and great people. It's taken a while to find a spa that delivers in every single way. I went to the same spa for years in LA and was very happy.  Moving to SD proved to be difficult finding the right place with the right people. I have to say Park Med Spa checks off all the boxes.   I have been to Park Med Spa for years. I had a favorite person for injection treatments but he moved out of town. I’ve experienced someone different now but it’s the same treatment! What is a peach pit chin?

A peach pit chin is a common description for a chin that appears dimpled, puckered, or uneven. It is sometimes also called a cobblestone or orange-peel chin.

What causes a peach pit chin?

One important contributor can be contraction of the mentalis muscle, which can bunch the skin of the chin. Skin quality and soft-tissue characteristics can also influence the appearance.

Can Newtox smooth a dimpled chin?

For suitable patients whose dimpling is primarily related to mentalis muscle activity, botulinum toxin can soften the appearance of chin dimpling.

Is peach pit chin the same as cobblestone chin?

The terms are commonly used to describe a similar dimpled or pebbled chin appearance.

What is mentalis Newtox?

Mentalis Newtox refers to targeted botulinum toxin treatment of the mentalis muscle to temporarily reduce its activity.

Does Chin Newtox add volume?

No. Newtox primarily affects muscle activity. It does not work like dermal filler, which adds volume.

Can Chin Newtox change my chin shape?

Relaxing the mentalis can subtly alter the appearance of the soft-tissue contour in some patients, but it is not a substitute for structural chin augmentation.

Will my chin look completely frozen?

The goal should be controlled reduction of excessive muscle activity rather than eliminating natural facial movement.

How long does Chin Peach Pit Newtox last?

Results are temporary and vary between individuals. Your practitioner can discuss expected longevity based on your individual response.

Can I combine Chin Newtox with filler?

In some patients, different treatments may be considered when both muscle-related dimpling and structural or volume concerns are present. Your practitioner should determine whether combination treatment is appropriate.
