How are you offering this membership at such a low price?
Park MedSpa is offering this membership offer to aesthetic patients at an amazing price to try our GENEROUS medspa. In order to qualify, you must pass medical screening questions and sign the waiver and consent forms.
How do I save over $2000 per year?
If you got each service listed in the offering and had the treatment performed twice in a one year, then you would be saving over $2000 over the regular non-member price.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
Your membership is non-transferable.
When can I cancel my membership?
Your membership may be canceled at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time, with or without cause.
Upon cancellation, you immediately lose all membership benefits, including discounted member pricing. Any accumulated membership discounts or unused member savings are forfeited and cannot be redeemed for future services or products.
If you purchased a treatment package at member pricing and cancel your membership before completing the package, we reserve the right to recalculate the remaining unused treatments at our current non-member pricing. Any difference between the member price paid and the applicable non-member price may be charged before additional treatments are provided.
